Background
& Relationship
For over six years, Lipton CAM has trusted Zummatra as its creative and problem-solving partner across Latin America. What began as a single collaboration evolved into a long-term alliance built on strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence.
Zummatra supports Lipton not just as an agency, but as an extension of its internal team — a partner capable of turning abstract ideas into clear, purposeful communication that connects with diverse audiences.
Scope
of
Work
Throughout this partnership, Zummatra has developed and executed a wide range of initiatives, including:
From ideation to execution, we develop concepts that align with Lipton’s brand DNA — vibrant, optimistic, and culturally relevant across every market.
Visual identity systems, packaging support, and campaign-ready design assets for digital and print.
Full-service video and photo production — from storyboard to final delivery.
Point-of-sale displays, activations, and branded materials for retail environments.
Multi-platform campaign launches with influencer partnerships tailored to each market.
Culturally adapted creative for Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean — maintaining global brand integrity.
Each project has been approached with the same intention: to translate Lipton’s brand purpose — positivity, freshness, and vitality — into visual and emotional storytelling.
Sunshine makes it better
Our Approach
Zummatra’s collaboration with Lipton thrives on agility, insight, and deep brand understanding. Whether building a campaign from scratch or solving an urgent creative challenge, our process combines strategic clarity with creative intuition — ensuring that every asset, from a single social post to a multi-market regional rollout, carries Lipton’s signature energy and optimism.
We don’t just execute ideas; we co-create them, adapting to the brand’s rhythm, seasonality, and evolving needs year after year.
Where is
my Lipton?
Impact
Through consistent collaboration, strategic creativity, and flawless execution, Zummatra has helped Lipton’s Central America region become one of the brand’s most influential markets worldwide. Our work has not only strengthened the brand’s leadership in its category but also driven continuous growth and market share gains across adjacent categories.
This partnership stands as a clear example of how long-term collaboration, emotional storytelling, and scalable creativity can transform regional communication into global-level brand impact — refreshing both the way Lipton connects with consumers and how it inspires its teams across markets.
Brief &
Objectives
Tomorrowland + Lipton
Every year, Lipton’s offices in Central America launch a sales contest where the prize is an all-expenses-paid trip to Tomorrowland’s summer edition. Despite the contest’s positive reception year after year, enthusiasm and follow-up have declined, as there are no incentives throughout the months and the communication is overly corporate, with untimely newsletters and a lack of internal follow-up being other obstacles.
Production
Challenge
The major challenge lies in reshaping the incentive narrative so that it ceases to be perceived as a cumbersome operational process and becomes an aspirational, relevant experience aligned with the current culture of sales teams.
Therefore, the goal would be to design a strategy that increases engagement without adding administrative complexity, balancing creativity, clear mechanics, and ease of execution for everyone involved.
Creative
Approach
We will move from competing to go to a festival to being part of it from the very beginning of the competition, where all the visual elements of the communication we execute will directly reference the look and feel and the values that the festival promotes. Additionally, we will add small rewards for achievements along the way to promote monthly and bimonthly sprints of participation, thus keeping the final goal in sight for all participants.
Execution
With entertaining informational capsules in Dutch with Spanish subtitles, facts, posters from past editions of the festival with the names of the winners from those years, and a mini-website to follow the rankings, prizes, and every detail step by step, the contest has become more relevant than ever.
Impact
A noticeable increase in interest and participation, both from each member of the sales teams and from the area in charge of carrying out the contest. Although it is an annual and well-known activity, now the spirit of the festival begins from the first day, and the fun has reignited the desire to stay informed.
